This is the area where we store audio and video files, forms, checklists, worksheets and other materials that members can download and use.

Click any link below to find files or to read a description of any specific file. Here are the steps to follow to view or listen to a file online (steps 1 through 4) and to download a file to your computer (steps 1, 2, 3 and 5):

1. Click one of the file links.

2. Click the "Download Now" link.

3. Click the button signifying your agreement with the File Download Agreement.

4. If you want to view or listen to the file online, click the "Click Here to Start Download" link.

5. If you would like to download the file to your computer, here are the instructions:

WINDOWS PC: RIGHT click on the "Click Here to Start Download" link. From the pop-up menu, select "Save Target As" (in Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (in Netscape). In the "Save As" dialog box, choose where you would like to save the file on your hard drive, then click "Save".

MAC: Click and hold down the mouse button on the "Click Here to Start Download" link. From the pop-up menu, choose "Download Link to Disk " (in Internet Explorer) or "Save This Link As" (in Netscape). In the "Save As" dialog box, choose where you would like to save the file on your hard drive, then click "Save".
