Via phone we'll spend 60 minutes per month as a group, going in-depth into the specific challenges you are facing. During these calls I will point you to the tools, resources, insight and direction you need to move forward with confidence, as well as specific next steps to take to accomplish your plans.

I'll coach and guide you regarding the exact "how to" actions you need to take to succeed. You can also ask me questions and get advice on your sales, sales management and/or business strategies and decisions during these calls.

Even if you don't have a particular question in mind when you dial in, you can sit back and get ideas from my conversations with other participants. I call this "learning by osmosis." Inevitably, someone will be dealing with just the issue you're struggling with. You'll BOTH get your answers!

3. One Monthly LIVE Guest Expert Call, during which Alan Rigg interviews a Sales or Sales Management Expert

I believe really strongly in not reinventing the wheel. Why try to create something from scratch when someone else has done all the work for you and is willing to share it? Besides, successful people look to others to fill the gaps in their knowledge. This is why I am very excited to bring you step-by-step solutions from noted experts. I'll ask revealing questions so you can see what really works. Then you can ask each expert your own questions!

4. Downloadable Call Recordings and PDF Transcripts of Each and Every Guest Expert Call

I know you're busy and may not always have time to make all of our LIVE calls. But, you don't have to worry about scheduling conflicts. If for whatever reason you aren't able to make a particular call, no worries - you'll be able to listen to the call recording as many times as you like!

We record each and every call and post it on this website, usually within 72 hours. This way you'll never miss any information. You can download the MP3 file and listen to it at your convenience on your computer, iPod, or other MP3 player.

I know from experience that I don't always have time to sit in front of my computer to listen to recordings. Sometimes I prefer to scan or read a written transcript of a call. That's why each Guest Expert call is transcribed - so you can download a complete, written version in PDF format. This way you can read and follow along with the audio, or simply read the transcript by itself.

6. Private, One-on-One Coaching Call-In Days with Alan Rigg

Usually when people hire me to do private consulting I charge $350 per hour. But you will have the opportunity to speak with me at no charge (other than your monthly membership fee) during the private, one-on-one coaching call-in days!

Two days each month I will set up "open call" hours so you can call me for a mini-consultation. You can contact me in advance to schedule a telephone appointment (which I prefer because it enables us to avoid unproductive "telephone tag"), or you can "roll the dice" and just dial the phone. If I'm not on a call with another member I'll pick up. If I am on another call, I'll call you back as soon as I can.

When you call, please prepared with quick and specific questions. I'll give you the quick and specific answers you need to move forward and get the results you want, usually in 15 minutes or less. These brief consultations can really pay off big!

Let's be clear...these consultations are intended to address targeted issues. Given the $47 per month price for a Gold membership (as compared to my usual consulting rate of $350 per hour), I cannot afford to spend an hour on the phone with you. But, we can accomplish a lot in 10 to 20 minutes!
